Ebooks are delivered instantly, so all sales are final once the download link is sent.

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
• Payment was taken but the file wasn't delivered within 24 hours.
• The file is corrupted and I can't fix it or send a working copy.

Email farheenthetycoon@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your name, the email used at checkout, and your payment/order ID.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Orders can't be cancelled once the download link has been sent.
